компания "grintern" junior business development specialist at firstmovr - us-based company that helps to educate people about ecommerce (remote) firstmovr builds an exclusive community for ecommerce leaders of change for empowering events, elevating thought leadership, and career-advancing networking. the company helps educate people about ecommerce via virtual ecommerce events, custom programs and strategic advisory consulting. the founders of the company - oskar kaszubski & chris perry. oskar is a global ecommerce leader and consultant with 16 years of experience leading digital transformation for global, mid-size, and start-up organizations, including kellogg’s, mondelez, kimberly-clark, and other fortune 500 companies. chris is the generator on a mission to empower leaders of change to win in digital commerce and beyond. as a cpg ecommerce practitioner and advisor, he has led the ecommerce strategy, capabilities, activation, and education at rb, wellpet, kellogg’s, and other top cpgs. what will you do? communicate with people via linkedin sales navigator - search for whom to invite for a specific event. build proper follow-up funnels for people to remind them about particular events. support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and data collection in zoho crm - youchr(39)ll be responsible for collecting data for marketing materials (for example, about companies, number of employees, etc.). youchr(39)ll be preparing drafts for the newsletter campaigns for different events (recordings, booklets, notes, presentations, etc.). pitch custom ecommerce educational programs to big companies like unilever, colgate, p&g, etc.; support the founders with the execution of consulting projects - building powerpoint presentations, conducting research, analyzing data in excel. potentially, youchr(39)ll help to implement new tools and workflows to improve/automate processes to achieve lead generation goals and obtain kpis requirements: excellent written & spoken english skills - your tasks require an advanced level of english, so we donchr(39)t want to hear or see any mistakes. analytical skills - you can extract, structure, analyze the data, and come up with conclusions based on the information you receive. for example, youchr(39)ll be asked to extract data from profitero and add them to excel. research skills - you can search for, extract, organize, evaluate and use or present information that is relevant to a particular topic. self-reliance and the ability to make most of the day-to-day decisions on your own. proactiveness - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor. organizing skills - you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and donchr(39)t want any minute to go to waste. previous experience with crm systems or ability to quickly learn it. knowledge of ms office tools (especially, ms excel & powerpoint). knowledge of google suite. excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail and the one who checks for the mistakes of others. motivation - youchr(39)re eager to learn, want to help the business grow as if it were your own. working hours: you’ll need to adjust your schedule to have 8 overlapping hours with the team from 8-00 am to 5-00 pm est (press here to check your time difference with the est time zone). what we offer: full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). for this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs. great opportunity to work with real ecommerce professionals and world-wide known companies. remote work. you may be located in almost any country or city, just need a good internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule for the team. stability - this is not an internship or project work, we consider only the candidates looking for a long-term commitment. quick selection process. application deadline: 17th of november 2022 please note that the later you apply - the more intensive your selection process will be, for example, you will have less time for the test assignment, etc. 1. fill in the application form - attach your cv; 2. complete the vcv recording; 3. complete the test assignment; 4. have a zoom-interview with grintern’s recruiter (no video required); 5. have a video zoom-interview with the company’s founder; 6. get hired!
