Your responsibilities: Coordination and support of global digital tools roll-out for CIS markets; Development of regional tools (and cascading to CIS markets if needed); Regular and timely communication and trainings about new functionalities and tools to employees, Partners and Clients; Analysis and evaluation of digital tools performance; Proactively propose digital tools improvement; Regular exploration of best practices in user experience and new digital tools among competitors and beauty retail (or any other retail); Cross-functional collaboration with different business functions; Very close communication with global digital product owners and solution experts What we are looking for: Strong project management skills is must Good knowledge of best UX/UI practices High communication skills, positive thinking Good team player Fluent English (speaking, writing, reading) is must What is more: Moscow based, work in the office; Competitive salary; health insurance; Paid lunches in the office; Great team & opportunity for professional / career growth; A lot of corporate activities.
