As a Product Manager at Tabby, you will be creating products, setting objectives and leading the product discovery process for your product and tech team. About the role Tabby’s marketplace generates ~4,000,000 clicks every month to retail partners with an average conversion to Tabby purchases at 10%. Today Tabby works with affiliate networks and retailers to monetize the traffic it generates via merchandising placements, coupons and cost-per-click. We’re looking at the next phase of Tabby’s marketplace to be more dynamic, personalized and styled with not only brands, but hundreds of thousands of products from our partner stores. Fashion, beauty, luxury are the major categories of focus, along with a variety of other product categories from electronics to insurance. Users need these products neatly organized in the product catalog and easily searchable – this is where you come in. You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities: You will be responsible for catalog & search of the marketplace; Your goal is to maximize the marketplace revenue by optimizing conversion of Tabby app user traffic. And the optimisation by improving relevancy and attractivity of goods arranged in the catalog & search results are major tools for your team; You will be responsible for products storage and the 3d party search engine integration for a prompt launch of categorisation and search; Also once set up your team will start working on the development of an in-house search solution to replace the third-party engine in the long-term. We expect that you Have experience working with search as a product, familiar with search technologies and search quality improvement tools; Always start with the user, you make sure that the product feedback loop is established by constantly looking for user feedback; Can both come up with ideas and research best practices in the market and apply the best of them to implement in your product; Work independently in your cross-functional team, you are able to lead your product to a success; Able to gather requirements, define functionality, roadmap, and set goals in a clear, actionable format that can be used to communicate with the team and drive product delivery; Are fluent in English, have great communication skills and able to clearly articulate your vision and decision-making process while working within a highly collaborative, cross-functional team. Relocation and employment We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you. Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia, Georgia and Portugal. We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby. In Portugal employees pay a 10% tax. For our employees we cover the following: Flight to Armenia, Georgia or Portugal. Accommodation during the paperwork completion period. Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries. Family relocation (dependants). New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
