Consumer Research Team Leader

компания "indriver" indrive is one of the world’s fastest growing online ride-hailing services. its services are available in over 700 cities in 47 countries throughout the world. the company’s app has been downloaded over 150 million times. indrive offers other services, including intercity transportation, freight and cargo services, as well as delivery services in different markets of operations. currently we are looking for consumer research team leader who will be responsible for managing the consumer research team, lead the execution and evolution of data driven marketing roadmap that leverages consumers insight to drive engagement and growth. main responsibilities: manage and develop ongoing consumer research projects across 40 countries on brand perception, target audience, user behavior, etc.; management of day to day operations of consumer research team; working closely with the gtm, brand, creative lab, business development teams to understand their needs and scope of the study; cultivate consumer insights into actionable recommendations. present and socialize findings throughout the organization to ensure visibility and integration among various stakeholders. requirements: at least 3 years of experience in marketing research management position; a solid understanding of key topics and emerging trends in quantitative research, consumer insights, and relevant business domains; experience with digital survey tools; experience managing research vendors: creating research plan, selecting vendors, budgeting, and communicating results; experience working within a global organization or demonstrated ability to work and connect with a diverse team; good interpersonal skills and knowledge of english (c1). we offer: stable salary, official employment; hybrid work schedule; unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training; partially or fully paid additional training courses, including english classes; relocation package for candidates from other regions; the opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals and just good people who together create one of the coolest success stories in the global tech industry.
