Senior/Lead Frontend Developer (React+AngularJS)

компания "instinctools" *instinctools is looking for an experienced frontend developer (react + angularjs) who loves coding as much as we do. client’s company helps enterprise brands to deliver and test personalized, optimized, and synchronized digital customer interactions. they create a technology layer on top of existing cms or commerce solutions, to iterate faster and algorithmically match content, products, and offers to each individual for the acceleration of long-term business value. about the project: this is an administration part of solution which helps website owners with web personalization, email marketing campaigns elevation, apps personalization, deep audience personalization, customers engagement, etc. stack of the project: we’re switching from angular 1.5 to react ( redux toolkit, typescript, storybook, materialui ) ruby on rails on back-end everything is covered by automation tests. our expectations of the ideal candidate: need to have: experience with react, typescript previous experience with angular: ability to read, understand and migrate code from angularjs to react stack. nice to have: previous experience with angular 1.5 or 2, experience of migration from angular to react (you will not need to write the code on angular) tasks: research of existing functionality on angularjs and composing migration plan with decomposition and estimation migration of an admin panel tool from angular 1.5 to react leading team of 2-3 devs code review of the team members team work presentation after sprints soft skills: prefer problem solving style over experience willingness to pair with other engineers when solving complex issues good communication skills willingness to manage a team to keep the focus on personal growth english: upper-intermediate we offer: flexible working time professional and ambitious team transparent system of professional and career development a pleasant financial motivation depending on goals learning opportunities, seminars and conferences and time for exploring new technologies the opportunity to realize your potential outside the projects: we arrange meetups and conferences where our staff can perform, develop professional communities hybrid work model partial compensation of medical insurance co-funding for language courses (english)
