компания "нипигаз" responsibilities: communicate with subcontractors’ representatives to plan inspection of their vehicles and construction equipment, prior to any work on site; record and archive results of inspections; apply sticker authorizing the vehicle or construction equipment to enter the south tambey area; if the inspection is not successful, ensure that all recommendations are closed out in a timely fashion by the subcontractor; support hse and construction supervisors regarding vehicles and construction equipment matters encountered on site (safety devices, state of material, certified material, etc.); participate to incident investigation on request; participate or lead the updаtеof the procedures related to vehicles and construction equipment; liaise and coordinate with client’s representatives to implement the vehicle and equipment inspection organisation; conduct each week planned and unplanned inspections of vehicles and construction equipment on site; ensure that subcontractors’ drivers are using the daily checklists for their vehicles and construction equipment; participate actively in communication related to vehicles and construction equipment inspection and maintenance (posters, booklets, leaflets, awareness and training, etc.); produce weekly and monthly reports related to inspection activity (number and types of vehicles inspected, number of satisfactory / unsatisfactory inspections, number of planned / unplanned inspections, etc.); implement, maintain and record all logs and registers required by russian federation regulation or client. requirements: a minimum of five to ten years experience; superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position; must posses’ strong written and verbal communication skill, highly motivated and self educating; the ability to interpret plans and specification and make educated quality control related decisions about the acceptability of in-place work is critical. conditions: rotation 56\21 (belokamenka settlement, murmansk region) arctic lng 2 project; 100% official employment and salary travel, meal allowance and living compensation. competitive salary. medical insurance. highly professional international team.
