Responsibilities Analysis and structuring of large volumes of data from various sources, including clients’ files Conducting market overviews Financial modelling Preparation of PPT presentations Usage of three methods of value analysis Independent communications with clients regarding data collection and interpretation Setting up tasks for consultants and interns, coordination and quality control of their work Assisting in business development Requirements Degree in economics, finance or natural science Fundamental knowledge of corporate finance, business valuation, accounting and economic theory 2+ years of experience in corporate finance (business valuation / investment projects analysis / business plan preparation / financing of legal entities).
