Responsibilities: Providing overall efficient accounting for the Overseas non-commercial Branch of the Russian company according to Russian and Local legislation( with the support of the local consultants); Ensure timely and accurate period closing of the Russian and Local accounting books according to the schedule; Control over the statutory reporting according to the Local legislation; Control over taxes calculation and reporting (including payroll taxes) according to the Local legislation; Control over payroll calculation (approximately 10 employees), business trips; Control over bank payments; Control of entries in accounting system (Russian and Local); Contracts verification for the absence of the tax and accounting risks; Managing relationship with the Headquarters, Suppliers, Banks, tax authorities and external auditors: Managing of the inventory taking process in the Branch. Requirements: Experience of work in oil and gas industry with buy-back contracts is preferable; Higher professional education (Bachelor/ Master), relevant professional certification or Postgraduate program is preferably; ACCA qualification is preferable; Min 10 years relevant experience in Tax & accounting; Relevant experience in audit is advantageous; Experience of payroll calculation and accounting is a must; Experience in Iranian tax & reporting is a must; Excellent software skills, MS Excel; Fluent in verbal and written English (upper-intermediate level or higher); Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels; Should be able to multitask and open to adapt to changing business requirements.
