компания "gdc (icl services)" we propose you the vacancy of service owner for virtualization technologies with relocation in abu dhabi, uae. we offer: competitive compensation depending on experience and skills; official employment, stable payments assistance in adaptation and support when moving to abu dhabi (uae) payment for an apartment in abu dhabi payment for flights, visa costs. opportunities for self-realization; friendly team and enjoyable working environment; experience exchange in customer environment. tasks: design & implement vmware sddc stack including vmware vsphere, srm, nsx, vrrealize suite(including vrops, vra, vrli & vrno). integrate with vmware stack with various tools like cisco aci, monitoring, storage vendor etc. developing and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant and scalable infrastructure for applications and workloads on cloud & onprem. manage the team of 15-20 members. maintain the operational slas, incident tracking, roster preparation, monthly reporting for management, team appraisal etc. maintain the environments healthy and up-to-date located in uae and across the global as per banks security guidelines. revie building low level design documentation. supporting various it audits for the products under virtualization track. work with different teams to build solutions, troubleshoot during the incidents. requirements: candidate must be having certifications in vmware & cloud products (vmware vsphere, vmware nsx, azure, aws certified other certifications e.g. nutanix, hypver-v, google, are plus). experience in designing & implementing vmware sddc stack including vmware vsphere, srm, nsx, vrrealize suite(including vrops, vra, vrli & vrno). candidate must have experience or certifications in one more leading hci solutions e.g. nutanix, hpe simplivity, vxrail etc. understanding of the vmware vrealize suite such as vrealize operations manager, vrealize automation, vrealize loginsight & vrealize network insight. must have knowledge on the x86 based hardware platform e.g. fujitsu, lenovo, hp synergy, dell, including the chassis products. deep understanding of virtualization in addition must have implementation and operational experience in concepts like vmca, vsphere best practices, ha/cluster configuration, numa nodes etc. must have used vmware site recovery manager to perform dr failover exercise across datacenters. must have used vmware hostprofiles for implementing required hardening configuration across clusters. additional benefit if the candidate has implemented end-user computing solutions based on vmware or citrix. must be aware of datacenter operations, dc migrations, hardware & firmware upgrade exercises. good understanding of storage vendors(emc, hp, netapp), san switches functionality, zoning concepts & replication hardwares e.g. emc report point, vmax srdf. experience in implementing and managing micro-segmentations solutions such as vmware dfw capabilities of nsx. deep understanding agent less antimalware solutions such as trendmicro integrated with vmware nsx. experience in vmware nsx-v or nsx-t solutions. must have performed the major upgrades of virtualization & server products deep understanding of how vmware update management solutions works to keep the infra up to date. must be able to integrate with vmware stack with various tools like cisco aci, monitoring, storage vendor etc. experience in migration of existing workloads and applications to cloud & across different datacenters. experience in design, deployment, administration, troubleshooting/monitoring of azure cloud environments. knowledge on identity and access management using azure rbac, conditional access, identity management service principals. candidate should have experience in various iaas, saas and paas services of azure. developing and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant and scalable infrastructure for applications and workloads on cloud & onprem. good understanding in designing and implementing devops pipelines for azure. good knowledge on infrastructure as code products such as terraform, arm templates. automation and delivery using powershell, shell scripting and azure cli will be additional benefit. fluency in english.
