F&B Manager Radisson Blu Resort & Congress Centre, Sochi announces a competition for the vacancy of Food & Beverage Manager. We are looking for a competent specialist who can strengthen our impeccable reputation and bring our achievements to an even higher level. The successful candidate will be responsible for 3 restaurants, a lobby lounge, 2 summer poolside bars, 24-hour room service, a nightclub and a banquet service of the Congress Centre. Main responsibilities: Lead, motivate, plan and organize working processes in all F&B outlets; Create concept of F&B together with Ex.Chef; Make sure that F&B operations is fully compliant with the company standards; Monitor and forecast Food & Beverage revenues and costs to deliver company targets on monthly and yearly basis; Develop and manage the annual Food & Beverage budget; Ensure F&B staff provides guests with prompt service with Yes I Can! spirit; Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations concerning health, safety, or other requirements. Requirements: High education; Strong communication and organizational skills; Required experience in an international hotel chain; Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in hotel with conference facilities; Fluent English, both written and speaking; Strong leadership skills, training and development skill; Professional skills in forecasting, budgeting, cost control; Excellent knowledge of Micros, Materials Control, Opera.
