Location: Moscow Requirements: • Finance/economic degree from a reputable state university• 4-5+ years post qualified experience (full time) in an investment bank/investment fund/Big4 company• Advanced user of MS Office programs (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)• Strong communication skills• Ability to deal with multiple tasks• Fluent English Principal duties include: • Search and analysis of objects for new investment opportunities• Financial modeling• Valuation of business and financial assets• Preparation of analytical materials, presentations, teasers, investment memoranda, business plan • Participation in structuring and closing of M&A transactions• Participation in asset management of the portfolio companies operating in different sectors Compensation: • Fully competitive compensation
