Business Solutions Driver Profile The Business Solutions Driver is literally in in the driving seat for sourcing, generating and building new business for their business line. Youchr(39)ll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work can involve careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets/channels, or enhancing the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way. This means you are responsible for identifying sales leads, sourcing new opportunities and potential clients. You will build on excellent communication skills and product knowledge to pitch to new and prospective clients. You will need to be creative with the ability to think outside the box, proactive in pursuing new opportunities and strategic in your thinking and approach. Strong commercial awareness and good business sense are essential. Producing pitches and presentations, identifying, qualifying and speaking with business opportunities and tracking your leads will be daily tasks. Building business relationships with clients will also be essential. This is no job for shy, retiring types as you’ll need to be bursting with self-confidence, love networking and enjoy presenting and public speaking What will be my responsibilities? Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients Understand the needs of your customers & be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture & setting aims & objectives in order to develop & improve the business Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes What do I need to fit the job? Have a good understanding of the businesseschr(39) products or services Tenacity, commercial awareness & drive to seek new business & meet or exceed targets Interpersonal skills for building & developing relationships with clients & colleagues Written & verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally & externally, as well as presentation skills Decision-making skills, project management & organisational skills Negotiating skills The ability to think strategically Initiative & the confidence to start things from scratch Good English & Russian languages skills, able to conduct negotiations using both languages What else do I need to know? We work in the office, located near Polyanka, Tretyakovskaya, Dobryninskaya, Paveletskaya, Novokuznetskaya stations Our company cares of employees, therefore we provide medical insurance, as well as lunches partial compensatation Flexible start of working day 8am-10am
