You will: Drive omnichannel transformation in Royal Canin organization. Set long-term e-com development ambition, define its’ long-going role in the business Lead Channel strategy revision in x-functional & x-pillar collaboration. Deliver proposals on Channel strategy evolution considering market dynamics, channel landscape, shopper behavior trends Strengthen strategic partnership with winning omnichannel clients, drive omnichannel partners qualitative growth with a focus on recommendation, personalization, and data collaboration Lead Perfect Digital Store design and roll out. Represent the team in Global and Regional PDS community. Develop and drive execution of Digital Merchandizing standards e.g., categorization, search, shop-in-shop, best-in-class content etc. within and beyond Perfect Digital Store workstream Grow and scale e-com capability within Royal Canin organization. Lead and coordinate divisional D-com experts’ team to ensure strong performance in D-com across all geographies and client groups.
