Currently we have 12 offices in largest cities of Russia and Belarus employing together over 4,000 people. * RAEX (Expert Rating Agency), Largest Audit Organizations, 2009–2020 Responsibilities: Participation in the following assignments: Consulting clients (major and medium-sized Russian and foreign businesses) on different corporate tax matters including: Advising on how to obtain and enjoy federal and regional tax concessions Comprehensive tax and legal support of business localization in Russia Tax burden modeling Analysis of the effective tax rate and searching for practicable ways to reduce it Consulting on intra-group services, risk analysis, assistance in creating an appropriate structure and a defense file Advising on complex methodological issues of applying Russian legislation Tax audit and tax due diligence projects and drafting opinions on tax positions; Making negotiations with tax authorities Drafting opinions on tax treatment Marketing activities including preparation of presentations, proposals, preparations to seminars, etc. Administrative functions: filing documents, drafting contracts, following internal risk management procedures, etc. To fill the role the candidate is expected to meet the following requirements: Completed university degree (preferable in taxation, economics, finance, law) At least 2 years of experience in tax/legal consulting in reputable Russian or international companies Excellent knowledge of Russian tax legislation and accounting principles Russian or international tax/ accounting qualification is an advantage Fluent Russian and at least upper-intermediate English in order to work with clients and documentation Excellent computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) Strong analytical skills and logical thinking Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to go on business trips What we offer: Your own trajectory of development and clear career ladder Corporate training: more than 50 trainings (including English) for improvement your professional and personal skills A team ready to support: colleagues will always ready to help and share their expertise Projects influencing the future of large companies: you will be able to prove yourself in solving various problems Business trips: your opportunity to explore Russia and beyond Competitive salary and extended health insurance Ability to combine work from the office and from home Personal development: mentoring, coaching and career counseling programs Support for physical and mental health (consultations with a psychologist, online fitness and marathons) Official employment
