Reliability Leader

Mission: to contribute to AL Russia Operation Excellence, ensuring high reliability and availability of production assets by implementing and applying appropriated tools and methods. Duties: Identify, propose, implement or lead projects that aim to improve reliability performances of production and distribution assets; Lead the analysis of technical events by applying the Root Cause Analysis methodology; monitor and follow-up and challenge the Action Plans based on RCAs; Perform Incident cost analysis and suggestions to drive cost down; Ensure the reporting of Reliability incidents and KPI related to Reliability on Subsidiary level; Manage the Reliability assessments such as Vulnerability study, Trip Abatement program for LI-PP and Electronics Facilities; Participate to the assessment and validation of modifications (MOC) especially for reliability part; Participate to the Capitalization process after major overhaul and incidents; Constantly improve the Reliability culture at Subsidiary level. Competencies / Skills Requirements: Engineering – high level (University): good knowledge in one or several technical domains such as Mechanics (Machines), Electricity or Automation. Have an experience of 3+ years in Reliability & Maintenance (Operations) High analytical skills; Computer proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power Point); Google apps Demonstrate interest for predictive tools and other tools using Big Data treatment Advanced English (both written and verbal); Understanding the maintenance strategy of the company; People Management (ability for teamwork, ability to lead a meeting, ability to convince, cross functional communication); Knowledge of analysis and/or assessment tools (eg. HAZOP, FMEA, RCA, 5why, etc) is a plus. Team worker as a leader – capability to manage, explain, challenge tasks and actions for people who doesn’t report directly
