компания "manpower" in an international company, a leader in the production of solutions for the automation of industrial processes, the position of a sales manager for analytical equipment is open: specific job responsibilities responsible for meeting sales targets, targets and profit margins for assigned bus. • visit existing customers to promote equipment, present the full range of equipment and provide services. • satisfy customerschr(39) needs for buchr(39)s equipment & solutions by providing the necessary information in a timely and efficient manner, thereby ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • look for the chr(39)requisition fieldschr(39) new opportunities to sell equipment, solutions and business unit services to new customers. • develop a sales strategy in the region with the manager and ensure the implementation of agreed plans. • to have information about customers, current and prospective projects, including work directly with the customerchr(39)s design departments and / or third-party engineering organizations. • predict the development of the customerchr(39)s business. • analyze the activities of direct competitors in the market. • participate in customer-focused events and sales promotion campaigns. • conduct contract negotiations with customers within the limits of delegated authority, including volumes, prices and discounts, in particular, clarification of technical requirements, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, placing orders for their division. • prepare technical and commercial proposals together with technical support engineers. • establish relationships with local equipment manufacturers, engineering companies. • prepare monthly sales forecast reports for the divisionchr(39)s products. • actively use the program for accounting sales activity crm. regularly enter information about meetings and agreements with customers. • constantly maintain and updаtеthe customer database. required qualifications and experience higher education (bachelor, master) of technical specialization • fluency in english, russian, kazakh is an advantage • confident pc user (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint) • 5 years of experience in sales in the field of automation of technological processes; • extensive knowledge of all services in the field of process automation (major market players, trends/changes, competitors, methods, legislation); • ability to draft, evaluate and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements; • developed customer relationship skills • excellent communication and presentation skills • ability to travel on business trips (approx. 30%) terms : salary is discussed individually with the candidate insurance mobile connection
