Demand Planning Manager

компания "pepsico kazakhstan" responsibility: responsible for demand planning processes for finished goods of pepsico for central asia markets in order to achieve annual targets; provide a continuous capability improvement plan for the demand planning team; ensure process of developing and managing demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation in short-term horizons as part of a demand plan and according to procedures; collaboration with commercial team in demand planning process to developing a rolling forecast; ensure weekly demand review process; ensure a continuous plan to develop collaborative relationships with the planning and sales team of partners and distributors on joints demand planning; review kpi’s as a constant process in the demand planning cycle to evaluate forecast performance and improving the accuracy of the forecasting process. requirements: higher education; advanced proficiency business english; demand planning background 3 years minimum; managerial experience; excellent analytical, project management and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication skills to influence different decision makers; strong collaboration style. conditions: permanent contract; encouraging and motivating corporate culture; competitive salary; annual bonus; life insurance, voluntary medical insurance; trainings.
