Responsibilities: Analyze and develop logistics and warehousing strategies for maximum resource utilization (financial, manning, infrastructure). ▪ Oversee, organize, direct, and train warehouse employees, as well as establish, monitor, and manage warehouse operation goals to ensure the warehouse operates efficiently. ▪ Developing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures. ▪ Drive sales and coordinate all sales activities locally. ▪ Establish, follow, and enforce standards and procedures and comply with legal requirements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. ▪ Monitor daily performance and sales targets and take appropriate actions as needed, as well as identify and control cost-saving opportunities. ▪ Establish warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping procedures. ▪ Work with a warehouse team to overcome day-to-day operational issues and reach short�and long-term performance goals while training and managing the team to reach those goals ▪ Control and manage the daily operations of the business, as well as inventory and logistics management. ▪ Evaluate the performance of the team on an annual basis. ▪ Assess and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer service standards ▪ Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure their implementation. ▪ Develop warehousing products and services. ▪ Maintain high morale and motivation among the Warehouse & Logistics team. ▪ Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree / Master’s Degree in Administration or warehousing related field or Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification. ▪ Outstanding communication and people skills. ▪ Familiarity with MS Office and various business software such as CRM and warehousing system. ▪ A working knowledge of the legal guidelines and rules of the industry. ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Leadership skills and excellent problem-solving skills. ▪ A thorough understanding of a variety of business functions and principles (e.g. warehousing and supply chain, finance, customer service, etc.). ▪ Strong organizational skills. ▪ Adaptability to work with people of all levels in the company Terms: Willing to relocate in Dubai, UAE Can communicate in English Immediately hiring
