Property Manager (Asset Management Company)

Principal Responsibilities Landlord interests representation: lease terms negotiations and prolongation; Tenants relationship management: tenants support in line with lease contract obligations; Interaction with real estate brokers; Facility management coordination; Interaction with administrative managers, facility management, security, municipal utilities and public institutions; Accounts payable and budget control; Property management doc and work flow support; Interaction with Fund’s infrastructure (special depositary). Key Competencies & Qualifications The position requires a person holding university degree and having working experience in landlord tenant department / property management company / real estate brokerage for at least 5 years concerning property management and landlord representation. Experience of work with programs Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Legal search system ‘ Consultant Plus”, at the level of experienced user. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Should be a good team player. Strong risk management skills as well as be able to work in a multi-task environment.
