компания "fircroft engineering services limited, kazakhstan" corporate intern/specialist, atyrau 5/2 higher legal education is a must at least 1-2 year experience with corporate law comfortable with digital tools, proficiency with word, excel, powerpoint, paragraph, upper-intermediate level of english duties and functions: corporate intern will be the member of the legal department and primarily engaged in corporate law related issues, including: - poas management/ работа с доверенностями (poas drafting, signature, notarization, archiving, notifications, revocations, handling list of poas holders); - shareholders meetings support (incl. eu and us shareholders); - preparation of notarized copies of the corporate documents; - management of the corporate archive; - analysis of the corporate legislation; - support with evaluation of different types of partnerships, participation in drafting of the relevant agreements; - preparation of reports, presentations; - other corporate and legal issues delegated by the counsels.
