компания "intercomp (тм sbersolutions)" we are looking for enthusiastic office administrator (nurly tay business center) who can manage a variety of office management activities in our small representative office (less than 20 employees) main roles and responsibilities: maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations. coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings. performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking. purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture. overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. performing other relevant duties when needed. welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel. preparing/translating reports when needed. requirements: excellent written and verbal communication skills. bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field. multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. proficiency in office programs. business level written and verbal english (turkish is a plus.) working conditions: probationary period 3 (three) months working day from 9:00 to 18:00. break from 13:00 to 14:00 1 year term contract paid sick leave and vacation according to the labor code
