компания "enter engineering pte. ltd" responsibilities: design hvac systems, including various heating cooling and air conditioning systems. complete preliminary and final calculations for hvac systems. prepare technical specifications and bill of quantities for hvac systems. prepare design calculations in accordance with all relevant standards and legislation adopting all necessary standard formats and procedures (kmk, gost, shank, ashrae, smacna and similar). prepare sketch drawings in sufficient detail to enable draughts persons to produce satisfactory detailed drawings as required for tender, construction or other purposes; interaction with the design institute, verification and review of the issued documentation. compilation and monitoring of the release schedule of documentation. conducting meetings with clients, design institute and operators, to follow the communication with co-ordination with all parties involved. supervise drafters by assigning work, answering questions and checking work for accuracy.being involved and conduct confirmations of crss (coment review sheet) given by document controller. preparation and/or development of client brief; development of project cost plans; assist where necessary in the estimation of project in-house resource requirements. assist superiors, in the development of project pre and post tender programs. carry out surveys of existing facilities and prepare survey reports. prepare particular project specifications and schedules adapting standard specification information where possible. prepare bills of quantities in accordance with current standard method of measurement documents. assist in the financial control of contracts including the preparation of interim and final project valuations. prepare feasibility studies and any specialist studies as required by the project brief. justify systems selection by means of investment appraisal techniques; if required by the project brief, prepare presentation material and carry out presentations to client. requirements: 5+ years experience in the design of hvac systems; experience in using autocad to draw system plans. (knowledge of revit will be plus); experience in local (uzbek or russian) regulations and international codes. bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (hvac, thermal - preferably). perfect knowledge of engineering documentation related to hvac : process flow diagrams, duct/pipe and instrumentation diagrams, hvac layouts, equipment data sheets and gads, isometrics, wiring diagrams, hvac control, installation procedures, etc.; familiar with russian and international engineering standards; familiar with hse rules and regulation; acquainted with field engineering documentation: hvac field engineering methods and procedures; experienced user of ms office package, 3d tools (navisworks, autocad);
