компания "департамент персонала" we develop the software that guides earthworks phase of construction daily, considering recently captured 3d model of a site. in the long-term, we dream of fully automatic construction.we are looking for a backend python developer with solid skills in python. we use python for quick online calculations within aws lambdas like pile volume calculation on a dem raster; for heavy offline data preprocessing like comparison of a new scan to a design surface. also we use python-backed api for our services. we use ansible to automate servers provisioning and deployment of production and dev environment. these are two main hard skills we expect candidates to have. our stack back: python (aiohttp), java (vert.x) front: typescript, react, leaflet, redux, webpack, jest ci/cd: ansible, docker, nginx, jenkins, kubernetes storage: aws s3, mongodb, dynamodb, rabbitmq clouds: aws (s3, ec2, lambdas, cloudwatch, athena etc.), microsoft azure, vk cloud gis: gdal tools: git, asana, google docs, grafana/influxdb and myriad of hand-crafted stuff requirements python 3 for production - at least 2-3 years building python asynchronous web services experience long-term project maintenance experience 1+ years devops mindset -- we are the ones who both develop and run our software platform. linux confident user unit testing with unittest or py.test or any of other testing frameworks basic docker experience basic algorithms and data structures understanding confident in source control, git - preferable intermediate english for task tracking and weekly conference calls with a product manager remote or ready to relocate. ready for business trips (~twice a year, yerevan)
