Lawyer (Contract Work)( ЮТИМ )

компания "ютим" mining company is looking for lawyer (contract work) within legal department in moscow office. requirements:• higher legal education• 1+ years of relevant legal experience;• job experience in mining or other heavy industry - is an advantage• specialization in russian and english (contracts law)• experience with different types of contracts (manufacturing, licensing, customs clearance, storage, lease, engineering, construction works, goods and services supply agreements, sublease, rental, drilling site survey, drilling, logistics, operational and maintenance service, insurance etc.)• computer skills: microsoft office word, excel, power point, visio; abbyy finereader, adobe acrobat, юридические программы - консультант плюс, гарант и т.д.) /• english - upper-intermediateresponsibilities:• support drafting, negotiation, approval and audit of the different types of contracts (manufacturing, licensing, customs clearance, storage, lease, engineering, construction works, goods and services supply agreements, sublease, rental, drilling site survey, drilling, logistics, operational and maintenance service, insurance etc.);• draft and review the contracts, claims, lawsuits, internal regulations, policies, official letters, requests and (if required) prepare presentation materials and other documents in english and in russian• monitor compliance with the requirements of russian legislation and identification of the potential risk areas;• efficiently interact with the relevant internal company’s departments; provide relevant legal opinions, consultations and advice in relation to any and all legal matters• efficiently interact with federal and regional state authorities, ministries and regulatory bodies on obtaining the necessary permits and approvals; including preparing and submitting applications / notifications to the federal antimonopoly service (fas of russia);• general monitoring of the russian legislationconditions:• employment specifications: direct contract with company;• work schedule: monday-friday: from 9 am till 6 pm• medical insurance;• corporate lunches;• location: moscow -city
