компания "асбк казахстан" asbc kazakhstan (tm ispace) is seeking for hr manager to join our fast growing and client-oriented team. this position will have broad responsibility working directly with staff and leadership in the region (120+ employees, 8 apple premium reseller stores in 4 cities of kazakhstan) to support all aspects of human resource services. asbc is the part of asbis enterprise – international company with subsidiaries located in 27 countries all over the emea region and supply information and communications technology products and solutions across the globe. functional responsibilities: plan and support organization design to implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands. develop and execute a lifecycle approach to talent management focused on forecasting, staffing, on-boarding, development, performance management, career / succession planning, talent movement and retention. assist managers with succession planning for key positions. manage the recruitment process. 2 recruiters in direct subordination. coordinate onboarding process. analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. create/coordinate learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees. maintain compliance with labor law of rok and regulations. corporate events organization. requirements: higher education, preferably in the specialty management, economics, psychology. special courses, advanced training experience as a human resources manager, hr generalist, hrbp corporate loyalty, commitment communication integrity and commitment to values development/support understanding/listening/respect for others conflict management we offer: competitive salary + kpis performance related bonus possibility of personal and professional development the dynamic work environment of an international company
