Lead ICSS Engineer

At the moment we are looking for an Lead ICSS Engineer for our client - a company performing a general contract for the construction and commissioning of a gas processing plant. Responsibilities: Leading and supervising a team of international specialists in integrated control and safety systems (ICSS) for O&G. Monitoring the timelines and quality of work performed; Management of the process of making technical decisions for ICSS system, development of basic technical solutions for ICSS block-diagram and specification for supply; Managing the process of preparing specifications for a complete control system and developing interfaces with ICSS; Planning the necessary resources and development of dynamic work schedules for team; Monitoring the performance of teams involved in the project, timely identification of obstacles that reduce the speed or quality of work or stop the work process; Collaboration with the suppliers, international equipment suppliers and through in-depth understanding of the operating systems to determine and ensure compliance to project standards, specifications, building codes, and processes.; Advising customers on technical solutions and algorithms of information integrated control and safety systems. Organization reviewing of documentation of the ICSS vendors. Job Requirements: 10 years experience in international EPC O&G projects Higher engineering education in automation; Knowledge of principles of integrated control and safety systems Experience in leading an international ICSS team; Knowledge in MMS systems, and anti-surge protection systems; Knowledge of technical documentation; Experience in the oil and gas industry is required, preferably at LNG facilities; Good verbal and written communication skills are required; English – B2.
