компания "электровоз құрастыру зауыты" leading societies to a low carbon future, alstom develops and markets mobility solutions that provide the sustainable foundations for the future of transportation. our product portfolio ranges from high-speed trains, metros, monorail, and trams to integrated systems, customised services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility solutions. joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. responsibilities: total control of delivery statuses for alstom sites (ekz and ekz-service). total control of payments to suppliers (advance payments, post payments, milestone payments etc). growing professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. collaborating with project management, purchase request initiators to prepare for project review meetings, controlling acceptance of the goods in ariba system, receiving of feedbacks on delivered goods. liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods, communicating with suppliers/manufacturers regarding order details and shipping schedules on weekly basis. acting as intermediary between alstom and suppliers. receiving shipments of materials, arrangement of passes for vehicles to sites for delivery of materials, and examining deliveries and documents to ensure accurate quantities, quality, and specifications. looking for solutions to vendor errors, consultation and checking on the correct document submission by suppliers (invoices, packing lists etc) and other problems as they arise. handling and solving various mischarges and other inconsistencies with suppliers, initiators and accounts department. ensuring that suppliers perform their duties on ncrs according to contract terms (replacement, repair etc). issuance of penalties to suppliers based on contract terms. taking part on weekly meeting with accounts department on gr and issues. ensuring submission of originals of the documents to accounts department (invoices etc) and suppliers. meeting and collaborating with management to assess reliability of suppliers and vendors, and to identify solutions for ongoing problems. expedite, facilitate and anticipate the risk on material delivery of all departments’ sourced parts. ensure that overdue requisitions and overdue deliveries are eliminated through implementing action plans. performing clerical duties, and maintaining expediting reporting on delivery statuses on weekly basis, ensure proper communication to internal customers. preparation and maintaining of accurate otif reports (on-time in-full) on monthly basis. performs certain official assignments of his immediate supervisor. following established alstom guidelines, instructions, policies, and procedures. ensure mandatory application of alstom tools (ariba, sap, asip, ecovadis, qliksense). conducts work within the framework of the performance management cycle process – setting goals, performance report, assessment and development of their competencies. complies with and promotes the alstom code of business ethics, complies with business ethics standards. observe the rules of internal labor regulations, rules of business ethics, respectfully and politely address other employees and third parties. any use of obscene expressions, unethical rude remarks and insults are a violation of labor discipline. requirements: diploma/degree level (or similar level of formal qualification) in engineering, business and/or logistics. minimum 2 years experience in purchasing / procurement within an industrial organization. experience in material, production and/or supply chain planning production sites experience is desirable. cips or similar qualification in procurement will be considered as an advantage. strong negotiations and communication skills in kazakh, russian and english. advanced skills in computer and ms office (word, excel, power point, outlook, teams etc). customer and result focus. good organization skills. practical knowledge of erp systems. compensation & benefits: compensation and benefits: working in a global environment; competitive salary; yearly bonus; medical insurance; corporate discount for a 1fit pass; corporate bus; access to alstom university knowledge base including external edtech suppliers. alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility. that’s why we value inquisitive and innovative people who are passionate about working together to reinvent mobility, making it smarter and more sustainable. day after day, we are building an agile, inclusive and responsible culture, where a diverse group of people are offered opportunities to learn, grow and advance in their careers, with options across functions and geographic locations. are you ready to join a truly international community of great people on a challenging journey with a tangible impact and purpose?
