The Position This position is devoted to: Application support (incident, change, problem management, users advisory) for various systems e.g. CRM, Web sites, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence etc. Initial to thorough analysis, control of development and roll out of new requirements coming from regulators and business-customers. Technological and methodological support of regulatory and audit requirements for application support processes. Continuous work on applications optimization in terms of architecture and costs. Acting as a project manager in inhouse (department level) projects or participating in group-wide activities. Bearing the responsibility for systems’ stability, availability and integrity, business continuity, disaster recovery and information security. Principal Responsibilities Control of the IT systems health, performance and functioning; Run and manage change management and project activities; Incident resolution according to event criticality; Changes implementation according to Company procedures in critical environment; Maintaining effective communication between business and IT teams; Provide management with status reports and service level reports. Key Competencies & Qualifications Higher education; Experience in system integration and feeds creation; Experience in administration of Microsoft IIS server; Knowledge of XML and XSLT; Good knowledge of SQL; English - intermediate.
