KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support Region service biz development projects Being a communication bridge between internal company units and frontline partners Deliver customers-oriented philosophy thru interaction with customer complaints (no direct communication with end-user) Discover weak points in the service network thru satisfaction survey result, design and implement improvement solution Working with hotline, KA, service providers and multi-brand ASCs Define and control customer service satisfaction level Design and implement strategies to improve quality of service Preparation of instructions and bulletins for the ASC’s Conduct regular quality-oriented meetings with service providers Handling claims and questions from end users and dealers Processing Dealer claims for Non-Repairable Equipment Preparing reports and performing other tasks assigned by the service manager Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE At least 1 year of experience in the After Sales Service Working experience in mobile industry is an advantage Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or above) Strong result oriented Ability to work in a multitasking environment Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above) Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills (Excel, Power Point) WHAT WE OFFER Global cooperation, fast-developing business, opportunity for professional growth and career development Working time: 5/2 since 9.30 a.m. to 18.00 p.m. Territory: Business center Krylatskiy Hills Competitive salary Medical insurance Mobile phone allowance and another benefits
