We are continuing to grow rapidly, so we need talented, active professionals to help us develop international products and conquer new markets. We are looking for Ratehawk Premier Team Lead manager. Job responsibilities: work with VIP clients; distributes workload (monthly and quarterly timeline) determines and accomplishes HR objectives coordinates with other teams in the department enforces team compliance with the objectives, performance standards and policies creating marketing plans to promote services and increase revenue; managing employee performance; overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concierge service, including hiring and training staff members; developing of specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work Our requirements: experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies; knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia; knowledge of the bases of DMC all over the world excellent communication skills; ability to find an approach to any person; good speech and correspondence skills in Russian and English; ability to work under heavy load; knowledge of English on at least Upper-Intermediate level (both spoken and written); responsible, stress-resistant, attentive.
