Senior Lawyer (Litigation and Administrative Legal Support)

REQUIREMENTS: ·Higher legal education ·More than 5 years of relevant Legal experience ·Positive experience in conducting proceedings in arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, administrative proceedings. ·Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office package, Legal Programs. ·English – Upper-Intermediate RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Senior Lawyer is involved into administrative, labour and judicial matters of Company entities, including contractual supervision and support for the Company within the framework of negotiating, drafting, reviewing, approving, termination of contracts, providing legal advice and guidance, including those of dispute resolution and litigation under Company domestic (pursuant Russian laws) and cross-border (pursuant English law) transactions. ·Draft and review essential legal documents in English and in Russian (if any). ·Accompany disputes resolution and protect the interests of Company entities in arbitration courts, courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration ·Efficiently interact with federal and regional state authorities, ministries and regulatory bodies ·Develop and keep updated archive of pre-court claims of Company entities, keep e-copies of workflow documents related to pre-court proceedings ·Efficiently interact with the relevant internal Company’s subdivisions; provide relevant legal opinions, consultations and advice ·Draft, review and ensure compliance with the applicable law of local regulations, job descriptions, employment contracts and other internal documents of Company ·Carry out analytical actions in relation to Company’s entities regarding compliance of its activities with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
