Operation Specialist/Letter of Credit Specialist

Наш клиент, крупная угольная компания, открывает поиск сотрудника на позицию Operation Specialist//Letter of Credit Specialist Обязанности: Handling of export letters of credit, demand guarantee (obtaining of competitive L/C confirmation and discounting costs, preparation of documents for negotiation under export L/C, communication with banks, control of bank charges); Ensuring data on in-house systems is accurately input/maintained; Document presentation review under the Documentary letter of credit; Issuance and reviewing of sales and purchase contracts; Monitoring deliveries from the supplier and ensuring that transactions are completed within deadlines; Monitoring of credit limits, exposure, commitment with suppliers/ buyer for sales on open account terms; Keeping track of accounts receivable and accounts payable, chasing of outstanding payments; Confirming the accuracy of logistics expenses related to sales contracts (port handling charges, freight, storage costs, cleaning of cargo, dispatch/demurrage costs); Handling of quality and quantity claims; Assist the management and treasury department in preparing various internal/external and special reports with the required data and accurate information. Требования: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or similar education; Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment, the experience in commodity trading is advantageous; Advanced Knowledge of MS Office software (especially Excel); Fluent English is a must; Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, URDG and URR 725 is a plus; Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment; Ability to work independently and efficiently; High flexibility.
