Requirements: At least 5 years working experience in high profile Restaurant Fluent English is a must Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a professional, service-oriented attitude Should be able to create a positive working relationship with other people Able to introduce new concepts to the bar through promotions whilst maintaining the style of the bar for local clientele Real team player and highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Adhere to Belmond Behaviors and act accordingly: "GENUINE CHARACTER PROUD CUSTODIAN CARING HANDS & HEARTS PIONEERING MINDSET" Responsibilities: To oversee, manage, direct and control all F&B outlets operation, quality of execution, standards of service, guest satisfaction, colleagues performance, projects, quality of food & beverages, financial performance of the outlet etc. To drive processes, lead people to achieve their tasks and assists other colleagues, inspire a team ready to take all F&B outlets to the next level To demonstrate a high degree of culture and service standards awareness; and acts as role model To impact of productivity and flexibility on the profitability of the outlet, constantly manage ways to control & reduce operational cost in his outlet keeping the same & constant high quality of service as per set standards of service To deputize F&B Director for the period of his absence at work place.
