Responsibilities: Sourcing of potential candidates according to specified criteria in LinkedIn (Recruiter Lite), Habr, Recruitment, FB, Boolean search, X-Ray; Communicating, supporting and managing candidates in Huntflow in early stages, transferring to recruiters for HR interviews and other processes; Conduct salary analysis (labor market analysis) of current vacancies. Our requirements: From 1 year in sourcing; Knowledge of English not lower than B2; Ability to work in Huntflow or with other ATS; Experience with Gmate, AH, Podbor; Experience in conducting salary analysis and reporting conclusions; Basic understanding of IT terminology and technologies; Independence, self-organization; Attentiveness and friendliness to candidates.
