Therapeutic Area Sales Lead Oncology

Janssen as a part of Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is looking for a Therapeutic Area Sales Lead Oncology Russia located in Moscow. YOUR responsibilities & YOUR impact: Develop promotional strategy of the products; Manage market insights generation; Lead sales teams to foster and grant x-function collaboration; Act in accordance with global promotional strategy taking into consideration local specifics; Control and provide sales plan execution and all aspects of business planning; Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other involved corporate functions on permanent basis in order to provide timely response to the market reality and achieve Company’s targets; Control territory and promotional activities planning and execution; Conduct further therapeutic area integration into Janssen structure; Lead and delegate additional and emerging projects execution according to the business need and corporate targets; Create healthy team and provide compliance to corporate policies and achievement of What and How goals; Act in accordance with Healthcare compliance policies and J&J Code of business conduct. We would love to hear from YOU, if you have: Preferably: Master’s degree or higher (medical, pharmaceutical); Preferably: at least 3 years of experience working with the target audience of oncologists in a leadership position; 7+ years experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry; Deep knowledge and understanding of the reimbursement market; Proven expertise in people management (both direct and managing managers); Intermediate English and above; Excellent internal and external communication skills, advanced level on negotiation; Hands-on approach and result-oriented mindset.
