Responsibilities: Developing of the local last mile network in Russia; Negotiations with potential logistics partners; Contract terms agreement; Project development & implementation; Own and drive successful execution of analytical and operations tasks focused on improvement of logistics, customer experience and operational profit; Service quality management of partners and suppliers to improve the network efficiency and satisfaction level growth; Support own logistics system solution development and issues solving from operations side; Leading of operational trainings and launches for logistics partners. Requirements: 4+ years of work experience in Logistics (Linehaul, LastMile, 3PL)/ Sales/ Ecommerce; Bachelor degree or above (logistics, commercial, economic); Negotiations skills; Project leading skills; Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and multitasking environment; Strong analytical and planning skills Good knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Fluent English.
