Western brand production company looking for QHSE manager (Менеджера отдела промышленной безопасности, охраны труда и окружающей среды) Requirements: Work experience in HSE management not less than 3 years in operations and/or construction Work experience at a high-risk enterprise (oil&gas industry; industrial of industrial, food, medical and special gases, paint and varnish production) Upper-intermediate level of EnglishProfessional high education or technical high education with HSE qualification Knowledge of Russian and European legal requirements in occupational safety, industrial safety, fire safety and ecology Knowledge of Russian and European ATEX standardsDeep knowledge of international HSE practices (HAZOP, MOC, RA, Behavior Based Safety, RCA, PSSR, Permit to Work) Knowledge of quality standards and ISO will be an advantage Experience in accidents investigation Responsibilities: HSE management and monitoring on manufacturing plant (1 and 3 hazard categories) Leading role in HSE culture development on the plant; HSE standards and required documentation development in case of changes in legislation in this area To ensure fulfillment of Company HSE standards and requirements: on time trainings, PPE use, risk assessments, MOC performance, PtW issue, medical checks and so on Proactively organize and participate in HSE risks evaluation and propose actions for risks mitigation Lead required training son HSE matters, follow-up of safety requirements including contractors; On time accident and incident investigation, reporting and follow-up Proceed communication with Regulatory authorities Intercompany communication and alignment with foreign company sites and European HSE management Quality management and ISO standards compliance Conditions: Competitive salary + annual bonus Voluntary medical insurance, mobile, compensation for food costs Occupational training Company is ready to consider candidates with relocation Office - Vorsino in Borovsky district of Kaluga region (corporate transport)
