Current AUM is US$150+ million, portfolio consists of over 30 fast growing companies in more than 10 countries. We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join its Investment Team. This is an exciting opportunity with a dynamic and growing team within a fast paced and multi-cultural environment. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant work experience in an M&A associate/analyst role, preferably in a PE/VC fund, investment bank, M&A advisory or tech company, ideally with entrepreneurial background. As a manager you will primarily be involved in managing, analyzing, and executing new and follow-on investments. The role offers a broad exposure to PE and VC investing and a high level of responsibility. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must, and so is the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, and external partners. The role requires fluency in both English and Russian. Responsibilities: PE/VC deals management within specified area/industry analysis Market and technological trends research Business performance & key metrics analysis, identification of the business drivers Preparation of commercial opinions & critical assessments of the investment projects Financial models’ preparation and valuation Presentation materials preparation including deal-related presentations (teasers, investment memorandums, management presentations) Deal process management (deal timelines, NDAs, term sheets, process letters, etc.) execution of deals signing and closing, including creation the deal structure, negotiations with Sellers and Co-investors, oversee the drafting of transaction documents with Legal Team Skills required: MBA, Master’s Degree in Economics (Banking, Finance, Investments) or in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering from a reputed university Background in Private Equity and/or VC, technology companies Ability to perform a commercial judgment of investments ideas / projects Excellent skills in corporate finance & project management Excellent analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills Advanced Power Point, Excel and Word skills Extensive knowledge, enthusiasm for and interest in technology, start-ups and digital Structured and proactive approach to work Ability to deliver high quality work on tight deadlines Ability to be flexible to changing work demands at short notice Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal Knowledge of corporate law is a plus Knowledge of equity, fixed income and alternative investments is a plus Direct experience as startupper is a plus Offer: Competitive salary Health Insurance Other discretionary perks and bonuses Work with market leading investment team Work Environment: Fast paced, young and dynamic Entrepreneurial and result oriented Welcoming of reasonable initiatives Transparent and business ethical Multinational and multicultural
