компания "ancor" international commodity trading group (oil&oil products) is looking for a lawyer. responsibilities: - providing legal support to the commodities trading business. - responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation (sale and purchase contracts). - interacting with the commodity sales teams and traders to address legal issues as they arise in day-to-day trading activities. - reviewing, monitoring and driving implementation of regulatory developments relating to commodities (financial, physical and commodity-specific). - liaising and coordinating with other relevant groups throughout the firm, including other members of the legal department, trading, finance, accounting, derivative-desk, operations. - involvement in reviews of new markets and new products. requirements: - the candidate must be good at international contract law, english law. - knowledge of maritime law, or transportation law would be a plus. - excellent analytical capabilities, as well as problem-solving skills, are a must have. - bachelor’s or master degree, preferably in international law,maritime law, commercial law, transportation law. a master’s degree is desirable but not required. holding a degree from reputable european university is a mandatory requirement. - must have an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as strong organizational skills and must be able to work under pressure and out of office hours. - must be detail oriented and demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work. - high level of proficiency in english/russian (both written and oral). - good computer skills. conditions: - comfortable office in moscow city (possible to work in offices in other countries). - attractive salary package. - private health insurance (after trial period). - professional development within the company.
