Senior QA Automation Engineer

компания "specific-group" specific-group is an international software development company, delivering custom software solutions for enterprise clients in europe and usa. our development centers are located in austria, belarus, germany, lithuania, poland and spain. our primary focus & areas of expertise is financial domain. we deliver our solutions according to the latest technical standards for different industries and sectors, using new technologies and modern approaches. currently we are seeking for a senior qa automation engineer to join one of our projects. project description: we are driving digital transformation and implementation of new ebanking for unicredit, one of leading banks in eu. unicredit is a pan-european commercial bank with a unique service offering in italy, germany, central and eastern europe servicing 15 million customers worldwide. we’re creating from scratch new ebanking microservices-based platform to enable new business processes, integrate with 3rd party banking systems and services. tech stack: java, spring boot, angular, docker/kubernetes, google cloud. responsibilities: design, setup, implementation and adaptation of new test automation framework; participation in definition of test strategy for new product features; automated testing of new product services/features with strategical plan to cover all key functionalities with autotests (100+ xl backlog items for next year); creation and maintenance of auto-tests & test cases for new and existing product features; analysis and documentation of defects, re-testing for fixed defects; assist maintenance team in investigation of production incidents; looking for ways to improve current practices and processes; collaborate with all teams members involved into delivery process to ensure ongoing quality of deliverables;. requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience in qa; strong experience in java test automation with deep knowledge of data-driven and keyword-driven frameworks; strong knowledge of test design techniques incl. usability, functioning, regression, load/stress, and smoke testing; strong knowledge of test design techniques; strong experience in testing of api services (postman); experience with roll out and maintenance of test automation frameworks; deep understanding of agile (scrum); upper-intermediate english (both written and spoken); expert in jira/confluence or other comparable bug tracking / document management and test management systems; good understanding of sdlc and role of qa in all phases; experience in creation and maintenance of test documentation; excellent interpersonal and communications skills; strong motivation, proactivity, ability to work independently in allocated team; stress-tolerance despite any working conditions. benefits: office/remote work competitive salary long-term projects business trips professional growth (professional trainings, knowledge sharing meet-ups and etc) career perspectives annual assessment and salary review transparent and clear management friendly colleagues and atmosphere extensive benefit package: - medical insurance, - fully covered sick leave for 14 calendar days in a year, - compensation of external professional courses and trainings, - english, polish and lithuanian courses, - additional holidays, - financial bonuses, - corporate gifts on special events, - free parking spots, - fruity days and etc. company parties and team buildings; flexible working hours (you can start till 11am, duration of working week is 40h); nice corporate equipment (incl. second monitor); comfortable well-equipped office in the city center (with kitchen, meeting rooms and event space)
