Performance manager

Hi, we are SpaceHub and we are looking for an independent, responsible performance manager eager to work in a startup atmosphere to be responsible for acquisition channels within different funnels, own and develop campaigns accordingly to reach business and marketing targets, communicate the value of the product to the target audience and build a sustainable business in a great and fascinated team. SpaceHub is an international self-storage company with offices all over the world. We are on a mission to transform peoplechr(39)s way of living in comfort. We have proven our business model in 2 markets already, became one of the biggest self-storage company in Russia and now we are running international expansion in 10 markets What you will do - develop digital marketing strategy of the product to provide key input into CAC target - validate traffic tests in each of 10 test markets - management of all campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok etc and be responsible for key top of the funnel performance metrics: CPL, quality and quantity of leads, CMC, ROMI, ARPU - test channel hypotheses for decreasing CPL and improving CAC. - cooperate with product marketing manager, internal content manager, copywriters and designers to develop best in class advertising campaigns by your own, always work with new performance channels in experimental mood - take part in development of solid performance marketing analytics, closely cooperate with IT to develop seamless data flow What do we expect from the candidate - living outside of Russia to have unlimited access to all the platforms - 5 years plus hands on experience in digital marketing agency + in-house, - international performance experience in more than 3 countries - proven skills in digital performance marketing and analytics systems: context, target, remarketing, linkedin, GA - understanding of basic marketing metrics, unit economy, hypothesis testing skills, - addiction to reports, numbers, analytics - experience in B2C digital sales funnel and in online e-como projects is highly appreciated - an understanding of the culture of experimentation and work in a startup - knowledge of English (B2 level) what you could expect - 100% remote work in a comfortable environment in a great team. - professional freedom.
