Why this position is needed: Reporting Manager is required in Finance structure in order to organize and lead the Finance reporting ensuring IFRS and Group standards. Main Activities: Leading team of reporting specialists (2 employees) Preparation of full package Finance reporting. Monthly closing. Consolidation of Finance reporting of several Legal entities Leading internal and external audits Participation in the projects of finance processes automatization Collaboration with corporate business functions in the scope of Accounting, Reporting and Treasury activity Required Profile and Background: Education High education in Finance area. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, Local accounting and tax standards. Experience FMCG experience. Experience in Finance Audit, leading reporting function Technical knowledge / required qualifications Strong knowledge of IFRS standards Strong knowledge of local accounting and tax standards High analytical skills, attention to the details People management experience (2+ team) not less then 2 years.
