Experience in supply planning is a plus. Experience working with customs representatives is welcome. Analytical and problem solving skills Confident PC user (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access), while MS Excel is an advanced user. Skills of high-speed printing on a PC (operational preparation of documents, tables and reporting). Confident user of multifunctional devices Skills for working with large volumes of information and skills for intensive communication by e-mail with multiple counterparties. Knowledge of English is required (written technical and “intermediate” spoken) Ability to work under pressure. Stress tolerance. Willingness and desire to take on additional responsibilities and initiatives in the assigned area of work. Willingness to work in a team and follow corporate standards. Good cooperation and communication skills. Attentiveness, perseverance, efficiency, concentration. Ready for a flexible weekend schedule depending on the timing and intensity of shipments, while at the start the work schedule will be classic. Willingness to remotely support operations for the organization of shipments on official holidays and weekends, depending on the production needs and subject to appropriate compensation from the employer in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
