Principal Responsibilities Client on-boarding and account opening, documents pre-check Negotiations with clients during the signing of contracts, documents and other clients’ questions Clients consultations on questions related to trading and non-trading operations Conflict management, coordination of work of departments to resolve conflict situations Develop and maintain a strong and extensive client network, able to exploit new business opportunities for Broker business and clients; DMA brokerage development in clients support part Key Competencies & Qualifications Relevant fundamental knowledge Higher education 3+ years of experience English - intermediate preferably Strong communication and negotiation skills Should be a good team player Strong risk management skills as well as be able to work in a multi-task environment.
