Responsibilities: Monitor the construction and inspection activities of electrical engineering and equipment associated with vendors & subcontractors; Control, сalibrate and adjust electric tools and other testing devices using in acts effecting quality сontrol; Capability to protect the Electrical instruments either from damages and from deterioration during handling, all above in accordance of Russian Federation criteria; Verify activities are in line with the requirements shown on plans, specifications, codes or other regulations, and subcontractor’s approved quality plan / ITP’s; Notify management of nonconforming conditions; Perform the Hold & Witnessing of critical inspection activities, per ITP; Weekly, monthly, KPI’s & statistical analysis reporting to Electrical Lead Inspector. Requirements: Bachelor Degree Electrical engineering; Certified in Electrical Safety (minimum level 4 or 5); Good communications skills, bilingual (English -Russian), basic required Education and Training: Graduate of a university or similar technical school in Electrical Engineering; or closely related curriculum; Five (5) or more years field experience in Electrical inspection and engineering on the following: QC certificate ("Technadzor", "Construction Control") Operational of electrical equipment Industrial Construction experience Ability to read & understand Electrical equipment data sheets & drawings; As-Built Documentation (Acts, Log book, Protocol’s etc.), experience. Conditions: Rotation 56/21 in Belokamenka (Murmansk Region); 10 hour working day, 6/1 working week; Accommodation, meals are provided by the employer; Travel expenses are compensated by the employer; 100% official employment and salary; Working for the Arctic LNG 2 Project of federal importance with international team of professionals.
