Assistant project of General Director

The Limited Liability Company "Modern Gas Turbine Technologies" is a joint venture of PJSC "Inter RAO" (65%) and JSC "Power Machines" (35%), established on December 1, 2011 in St. Petersburg. Our business is focused on the production and maintenance of gas turbines and combined-cycle power plants with a capacity of more than 60 MW in Russia and the CIS. We are looking for Assistant project of General Director of SGTT. Location: Saint-Petersburg, Gorelovo What are my responsibilities? Organize and screen incoming correspondence addressed to the office, identifying issues for action and distributing as appropriate to Management team; Support of General Director for achieving goals and objectives; Assist and proactively support General Director and the team in a daily tasks; Planning and control of meetings and follow-up actions of the management; Organization of internal meetings, maintaining protocols and tracking of terms; Make travel and accommodation arrangements and prepare papers for diary engagements; Adhere to the best standards and processes in executing team assistant functions. What do I need to qualify for this job? Higher education; 2 years of relevant experiences (administrative/ secretary/ team assistant); Proven talent for organization, follow-up & controlling of tasks; Strong verbal and written communications in English Well versed with Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); Hands-on mentality, communicative person; Excellent time & task management skills.
