компания "brunel atyrau llp" responsibilities: operate the production plant safely and reliably by complying with regulatory requirements; coordinate, supervise and analyze overall production operations as well as maintenance activities in compliance with the action plans, deadlines, budget and operation procedures; dealing with regulatory authorities; develop and lead team by ensuring training and coaching to improve performances. strong reporting and feedback capabilities networking between site managers and al group resources interaction with customer preparation and fulfillment of opex and capex budget dealing with ir on a daily basis continuous improvement along all processes (moc, gym, sio) production planning to ensure the function of industrial management system, iso 9001,1400 requirements: to be ready to work in atyrau kazakhstan for 3-5 years (mission duration will be defined depending on thecandidate).● familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants, including process safety management.● technical and working understanding of the plant process: develop, lead and control continuousimprovement of efficiency and operability of h2 production units, provide h2 process support to theproduction units, ensure training and qualification of the operating teams● strong knowledge in h2 production or technical gases● strong safety leadership● excellent communication and team leadership skills.● able to deliver and explain training material to operating personnel.● knowledge of commercial agreements and customer relations.● general understanding of accounting principles and working knowledge of plant operating budget.● extremely organized and effective at time management – able to establish and maintain a plant filing systemand control of engineering documents.● experience with iso 9001,14001 and other management systems mechanical or chemical engineering degree preferred plus 5+ years process industry experience at a similar position. ability to communicate (intermediate and above) in english. kazakh/russian is mandatory conditions: atyrau 5/2
