Marketing Legal Counsel

компания "bat kazakhstan" hi! we are lookin for marketing legal counsel. accountabilities: providing legal advice and support on a wide range of business activities; advising on tobacco regulatory framework with a proper understanding of the main terms and conditions of tobacco control law, antimonopoly and other applicable laws; advising on general business law issues and managing the commercial legal issues of the company; drafting and negotiating simple and complex contracts including but not limited to those related to supply, service, lease agreements and other typical contracts; secure compliance of business activities (sale activities) with relevant laws and regulations; ensure compliance with the internal controls, procedures and other formalities; calculate and mitigate legal risks in business process and decision making; proactively communicate legal concepts to business colleagues in clear, simple terms. essential experience, skills and knowledge: higher completed education in law and practical commercial legal experience of not less than 3 (three) years working knowledge of commercial law, company law, antimonopoly regulation (preferably working as an in-house lawyer in fmcg) effective negotiation skills ability to apply knowledge of legal drafting to produce standard business critical agreements strong inter-personal, oral and written communication skills. fluent knowledge of kazakh, russian and english (excellent written and spoken) appropriate level of maturity to provide credibility at senior levels externally and internally please note, that this is an outsource position.
