компания "fircroft engineering services limited, kazakhstan" responsibilities: responsible for physical inventory management of raw materials, work in progress, black & galvanized finished goods, components & spare parts. daily & weekly cycle count & their reconciliation with computer stock. plan and execute timely offloading of raw materials, weldments, and finished goods, verify materials as per lpo/delivery notes and invoices and their storage in designated locations. ensure timely submission of receiving documents along with over and short reports to procurement team. work closely with operations and supply chain department in reconciliation of physical inventory. prepare the series of inventory reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis based on abc analysis and perform detailed analysis of inventory (actual stock vs qad stock). find root cause analysis for variations and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence. submit the cycle count adjustment sheet for required approval and adjustment in qad. maintain records of all material received (delivery note, invoice, msds, etc.), all transactions, cycle count sheets and cycle count adjustment sheet. motivate, organize, train, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure warehouse operational targets are met or exceeded. plan future capacity requirements. ensures 5s, safety & fifo in his area and implement lean daily management tools to eliminate waste. qualifications: minim. 5 years’ experience in manufacturing/logistics company handling the store and warehouse activities. handling the inventory of minimum 25 million us $ independently. knowledge of material handling equipment with the ability to multitask and respond effectively to both internal and external customers. strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication & leadership skills required. demonstrated abilities with microsoft applications such as excel, word, access, power point and outlook. must be a flexible team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision. employee is entitled to meet the standard & guidelines for ( iso-9001:2015- quality management system, iso-14001:2015- environmental management system, iso-45001:2018- occupational health and safety management system)
