компания "арселормиттал темиртау" location: temirtau, kazakhstan role: the candidate will be responsible for overall maintenance, upkeep, and design of level-1 automation systems for the shopfloor. optimise operational performance through proactive/reactive maintenance techniques ensuring that safety is secured through the adoption of safe working practices and the provision of safe plant and equipment. key responsibilities: plc configuration, preparing complete bom, preparation plc logic & hmi screens etc. proactively coordinate with project managers, engineers, field technicians and vendors. understands and organise input for tender specifications for greeen field / upgrade proposals to take care of the complete automation design bom preparation for complete project requirement and procurement of majore lead time items. ensure zero accident at workplace and ensure that safe working practices are followed. to analyze the breakdowns and find out ways to avoid recurrence. implementation of api, iso, ems practices in his sub-area and maintain proper documentation. strong programming knowledge on plcchr(39)s like siemens (series: s7 400, s7 1500, tia portal), allen bradley (rockwell), scheinder etc. ensure calibration of equipment as per the schedule. provide proper and fast support for minimizing the breakdown time. monitors electrical power consumption and ensure implementation of power saving techniques. for smooth running of plant by coordinating with respective area in-charges, stores/purchase/ contract cell for timely completion of assigned activity & availability monitor iso requirements & ensures these are fulfilled and standard practices are followed. monitor for costing, inventory, delays & ensure these parameters within allocated norms. ensures proper training & working environment among e&a team members. ensure safe working practices are followed and accidents are avoided ensue & monitor proper housekeeping of all ecrchr(39)s & electrical equipment. responsible for plant e&a maintenance, optimization, stabilization and cost effectiveness of process, spare procurement and inventory planning, maximum utilization of man, machine and material. supervising the team for effective preventive and corrective maintenance of plant. ensure that sops are followed. keep track of spares consumptions and ensure critical spares are available. keep regular follow to ensure timely delivery. to allocate projects/ modifications jobs within a set time frame. organize need based training for all the subordinates and workers of the section. responsibility of mttr/mtbf/maintainance schedule adherence/ci activities/critical spares in allocated areas. keep accurate and up to date records within the computerised maintenance management system of all repairs, servicing and modifications to equipment to improve the integrity and relevance of data to allow additional duties and responsibilities: plant cleanliness: implements programs and procedures required to ensure plant cleanliness. plant expansions: assists with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions. others: drive start up effort at the facility; therefore, participate in staffing effort, lead spare part procurement effort, lead maintenance training effort, identify/secure critical supply and service agreements, lead the maintenance group during checkout and commissioning of the facility, etc. requirements: educational qualification be / b. tech: electrical, electrical & electronics, electronics & communication, instrumentation, power electronics experience : 8-12 years skill set: process knowledge of overall steel plant and its opeartion is recomeneded. knowledge of hmi, scada (siemens/abb/rockwell/reputed make) and operator panel programming expertise in ladder logic / fbd / stl/ scl/ sfc/ cfc programming and troubleshooting expertise in pcs7/s7 programming will be have added advantage. knowledge on ac / dc drives of various make like siemens, abb, scheinder etc. must have profound knowledge in trouble shooting of faults in plc with good idea of planning and upkeeping the respective area with safety. proficiency in interfacing with sensors and actuators in various shopfloor installations experience with industrial protocols like profibus, modbus, profinet, hart, ethernet ip and ethercat capable of integrating plc and scada systems with 3rd party it/ot applications monitor and ensure that all statuary norms related to electrical, qms, ems, ohsas & tpm are complied in the section. ensure the implementation of mes (model engineering solutions). knowledge on field instruments knowledge and competency on inductrial communication protocols. plc maintainance and commissioning with majore exposure to troubble shooting on electrical panels. can read and understand electrical drawings.
